I SOUND LIKE A BELL

NAME: JENNY COLEBOURNE

AGE: 57

PLACE OF BIRTH: LONDON, U.K.

ORIGINS: U.K., FRANCE, GIBRALTAR

PLACE: EAST ATTICA

ON THE NIGHT OF THE PREMIER SHE WILL DRIVE FROM HER HOUSE DOWN THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY, REACHKIFISSIAS, CONTINUE DOWN TILL VASSILEOS KONSTADINOU AVENUE, TO SUGGROU AVENUE, TURNING RIGHT ON CHATZICHRISTOU STREET, PARKING THE CAR AROUND THE NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM AND FROM THEN ONWARDS WALKING TO HERODION.

Jenny is an independent, free, movement-sound healer who lately enjoys playing around with sounds and words, because “in our vocabulary we are visually oriented”. So, she likes to turn things around.
She identifies with Io, because eventually in spite of her travelling she ends up into something quite powerful, she transforms herself into Isis. Like her she is also a dreamer. Io dreamed in the text of her relationship with Zeus.

She considers herself to be crazy enough, because one day she decided to move to Greece, and open up a studio, without even speaking the language, and that could characterise her more than anything else. However, as she recalls she comes from a family of travelers.
It is the first time she is standing on the stage of Herodion, but  some time ago she has already seen herself in a dream, standing in Herodion and holding something colourful...

In the past she used to dream ancient drama, and a favourite character is Clytemnestra, from the powerful image she has from the choreographic piece by Martha Graham.
